The J-18 Fully Automatic Vacuum Gold Casting Machine this setup optimizes form filling and produces castings with reduced porosity, finer grain, and excellent post-processing properties. It features an 10 kW induction generator and a variable vacuum in the flask chamber. The crucible has a maximum volume of 150 ccm, accommodating up to 2 kg of 18 ct gold. It supports flask sizes up to Ø 130 mm x H 260 mm and operates at temperatures up to 1,600°C.
The new control panel, featuring a real text LCD display, allows for easy and comfortable setting of all programs and parameters. With 50 casting programs available, fast operation and consistent casting results are guaranteed.
