To minimize the risk of oxidation during melting and drawing, we prioritize preventing oxygen exposure and rapidly reducing the temperature of the drawn material.

These metals are processed under pressure and at temperatures below their solidification point.
The pressure is applied pneumatically rather than mechanically via a threaded spindle, eliminating the risk of graphite parts breaking due to heat expansion. The fusion between layers is as durable as the metal itself. The sintering kit is perfect for occasional diffusion bonding tasks and smaller series production.
The bar casting kit is designed to cast precise quantities of your alloy into ingot molds or other molds.
The program control recognizes the installed equipment and automatically provides the appropriate parameter settings on the display.
In each of our continuous casting machines, the material is drawn off by motor-driven and pneumatically pressed feed rolls.
A bar end control sensor automatically stops the process when the molten material is depleted.
